Because all crimes are reconosenced, checked out and scoped well in advance.
So in these cases...
... the vehicle details would have been on record even if the vehicle was not an illegal vehicle. So not too difficult to follow up on. Because people can be questioned and they will almost 💯 of the time only have the colour.
Then 40‰ of the time the make may have been noted and possibly....
...but only maybe 1‰ of time somone may have got the registration plate numbers

In a close by town without Str👁🗨👁🗨tEyes©a man assaulted his wife very seriously. When the police tried to arrest him he shot the one arresting policeman with the weapon he had taken off of the policeman.

So when the Str👁🗨👁🗨tEyes© information system picked the suspect up in the Str👁🗨👁🗨tEyes© managed town he was arrested.
So our Str👁🗨👁🗨tEyes© MAN is at least going to get the reward.
